I hate this large bright Power Armor HUD, so i decided to make it more transparent - for abot 75%. If you remove all parts of a Power Armor, what's going to be left is the Frame. Like all other power armors, you'll have to strip off all the actual armor to leave a bare frame before you can get in it. It makes no sense for the helmet HUD to be translucent.
There are six parts that comprise this set. Power Armor Helmet Using Hud - Replaces With Standard and Clean Heads-Up-Displays Power Armor HUD for Fallout 4 replaces the boring and ineffective HUD / interface that come with the game.
